Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic is the best!! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. They go out of their way to be helpful when I need to schedule an appointment, order food or get an answer to a question about my dog's condition. The veterinarians provide excellent preventative, medical and surgical care with kindness and compassion. I would never go anywhere else!
Most of the negative reviews here appear to be unfounded malicious attacks. The ones that appear to have critical merit seem to be the result of what makes us human: we all make errors, we all have off days, we all don't perform in the exact manner that an isolated individual feels we should. As a result, a negative review is fired off without taking a bit of time to consider if it was really was truly that bad.
We have been clients of Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic for almost two decades. Dr. Randall, Dr. Dave and the staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, caring people. We have had many special needs cats over the years, and we truly believe their lifespans were extended because of the excellent care they received. More than once we've been able to avert a serious - perhaps fatal - health complication because of their knowledge and quick diagnosis of the problem.
Bound brook Vet is amazing everyone that works there is so caring, thoughtful and loving I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Animal health doesn't punch a time clock. More than once we have been taken late for an appointment - because there was an animal emergency that needed immediate care. We have been squeezed in on an emergency basis as well. In addition, a client isn't shoved out the door to keep a schedule - if extra time is needed to explain something, or comfort a nervous pet owner, it will be taken. Isn't that more important than the clock?
We have never been coerced into having unnecessary tests done, and diagnostic procedures have always been done in steps, not "do as many as possible at once". Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic is *not* in business to empty your wallet. The prices are more reasonable than many vets we've been to in the past.

I recently had moved to Middlesex NJ and was in need of a new veterinarian. Based on a recommendation I went to this clinic. I had a 4 pm appointment with Dr. Randal and after checking in with the receptionist I still had to wait to be seen for 35 minutes even though the facility seemed slow. Once I was seen, my appointment was very rushed with a not so thorough exam. My dog received his exam and vaccines in about five minutes. There was no discussion about anything else. Only positive thing was at least the hospital was very clean. However, end of story is I will be finding a new vet for the future. Any recommendations?
